Reserve Your Consultation
We require a $50 charge for scheduling a new consultation. This fee is non-refundable, but can be applied to a procedure or product purchase.
For HRT consults, the $50 scheduling fee is applied to your consultation / lab fee (click here for HRT program costs).
Please Note:
- There is currently at waiting list for new Hormone Replacement services; please contact the clinic to be placed on the waiting list – we’ll let you know when a patient opening is available.
- There is a $50 fee for reserving your consultation (excludes HRT consults). The $50 can be applied to treatments purchased on the day of consultation.
- Use the Pay Now button below to reserve your consultation.
- Select a provider and appointment time for your consultation.
- Non-payment will result in cancellation of your consultation.
- There is no refund of the $50 for no-shows or late cancellations.
- Late cancellations are <24 hours before the scheduled consultation (time of online cancellation are automatically noted).
- Cancellation of Monday consults need to be made by the proceeding Friday morning.
- Treatments/procedures require a deposit for scheduling
- All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred towards payment for an alternate procedure at the clinic at the clinic’s discretion.
